What time zone will the sessions be presented in?

All sessions will be presented in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Will the sessions be available on-demand after?

No, this is a live event only; on-demand will not be available.

What browser should I use to watch the Virtual Conference?

Get the latest Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, or Safari

How do I log in?

You can log in here by simply entering the email address you used to register, and the access code that you received in your confirmation email with “Important Conference Information”. If you are not already registered you can do so by clicking the Blue Register Button at the top right-hand side of this window.

How do I watch a session?

From the Program page, click on the title of the session you are interested in viewing.   Next, simply add it to your agenda  (if it is not already there) by clicking on the  “Register and Add to my Agenda” button.  You will then be able to join or watch by clicking the green join presentation button.  Do this for each session that you want to watch. Note: You must be logged in to do the above steps.

Do I have to be registered to watch each session?

You must first be registered for the Virtual Conference in order to watch any session. You also must add the sessions you want to watch to your agenda.

If you pre-selected your sessions during the initial registration process when you go into the session detail you will see the green Join Presentation button. If you did not pre-select your sessions, you can quickly add each session you want to watch in two easy clicks. See above How do I watch a session. Note: You must be logged in to do the above steps.

I am not seeing the green join presentation button.

First, make sure you added the session to your agenda as per the above. if you have added the session to your agenda, and are still not seeing the green join presentation button, your browser might be cached on your device. You may need to clear your browser’s cache on the join page. To do so:

  • On Windows: ctrl + F5
  • On a Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
  • On Linux: F5

Are the Presentation Slides available to download?

If the speaker provided us with a copy of the presentation slides, they will be available to download. Within the session detail page you will see a menu below the session Title that looks like this:

Click on Documents and you will see a link you can click to download the PDF.

How can I submit an evaluation?

Within the session detail page you will see a menu below the session Title that looks like this:


Click on Evaluate. You will then see all the evaluation questions below. Please fill out all and hit submit.

Can I add notes while watching?

You have the option to use our note-taking system while watching the webinar. Within the session detail page you will see a menu below the session Title that looks like this:


Click myNotes. You can add as many as you like and afterward export them.

How do I access my certificate?

Within the session detail, you will see a tab called Certificate, click that and then Download Certificate. 

You are required to be registered for a session before you can download the PDF.  See above on how to register for a session.  

How do I claim my credits?

You would proceed to claim your credits by submitting directly to PMI and/or IIBA. The Webinar ID will be listed on your certificate. It is also listed on the session details page below the Title.
